Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@waltermercado.com. We will happily provide a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@waltermercado.com so we can address the issue promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Walter Mercado Licensing Group LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped and tracking information is shared, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please email support@waltermercado.com, and we will offer a refund for any damages that occurred during transit. Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

If a refund is processed, you will receive a notification via the email used for your purchase. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 8 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and provide a full refund to your original payment method.
